About the role
As a Customer Success & Product Advocate, you'll be the face and voice of Flow, working directly with the teams building the most innovative hardware in the world. You'll be an integral part of their success, leveraging your deep product knowledge of Flow and understanding of customer use cases to help them bring their products to market dramatically faster.
What you will be doing
Be the Flow product expert. Master our platform inside and out, serving as the go-to resource for customers and colleagues alike. You know how Customers can get the best out of the product, and what makes our Customers’ use case exciting.
Empower customers to succeed: Equip customers with the support, knowledge and resources they need to get the most out of Flow.
Drive product adoption & expansion: Champion what using Flow can do for our customers, increasing usage and finding the most impactful improvements.
Bridge the communication gap: Facilitate a seamless feedback loop between customers, engineering, and sales to ensure we're building the best product possible.
We’d love to hear from you if:
You're deeply motivated by supporting customers: A genuine passion for understanding and solving customer challenges.
You have proven experience making Customers successful: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a technical edge, demonstrating your ability to build relationships and drive success.
Have a bias to take action: You're a self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments. You love taking ownership, shipping solutions quickly, and iterating along the way. Experience in an early-stage startup or scale up is a big plus!
Fantastic communicator: You can explain complex ideas clearly and simply, and actively listen to customers to understand the core pains.
A true problem solver: you can quickly pinpoint the real issue and come up with ingenious solutions.
