Founding Account Executive
GitHub for hardware. We help the next generation of rocket, nuclear, and aerospace (hardware) companies design and iterate their products 100x faster than they can today.
You will be joining us as our first go-to-market hire in London, working alongside the founder and CEO. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone looking to make an outsized impact on the success of an early stage company. In this role you will get to lay the foundations for a high-performing sales organisation and help build the modern playbook for the entire industry.

Flow’s mission is to enable the next generation of hardware teams to bring products to market dramatically faster. Flow is “Github for hardware": we are building a core design & test collaboration platform that allows companies to bring agile design practices to design and iterate their products 100x faster than they can today.
We work with some of the fastest-moving hardware teams in space travel, transportation, energy and aviation. Today, 80% of the world's orbital payload mass into space is launched by companies using Flow. When we return to the Moon, or make it to Mars—Flow will have been a small, but critical part of these journeys. In this role you will get to learn about how these things are designed and contribute to their success.
We have raised $8.5M in seed funding from EQT Ventures, BackedVC, and angel investors including leadership from Figma, Unity, SAP, and Microsoft.
What you will be doing
- Drive the sales process end-to-end: from generating and qualifying pipeline to negotiating and closing deals.
- Introduce processes, tooling, and automation to create foundations for a scalable sales function. You will be building the foundations on which we scale the GTM team.
- Become a product expert and voice of the market; sharing sales feedback to engineering team to help increase product market fit.
- Collaborate with the other teams in the business to support our broader strategy, stepping up to help with marketing, community, onboarding customers, and whatever else needs to be done.
We would love to hear from you if...
- You have at least 4 years of quota-carrying experience, navigating and closing complex deals.
- You have a track-record of hitting and exceeding your targets, selling larger deals (ACV of ~£100k) to senior, technical stakeholders (including C-level executives).
- You have demonstrated prior success in taking responsibility for the sales process end-to-end, including lead generation and doing demos.
- You have previous experience in commercial roles at startups, building out processes from scratch. Experience with founder-led sales would be a real plus.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment. You are not afraid to be scrappy and get creative to solve problems.
- You are deeply interested in the problems that the customers are facing and motivated by helping them achieve their mission using Flow.
- You have a learning mindset and can quickly get up to speed in a new, highly technical environment.
