🌟 Your Mission:
Your mission is to do outbound sales at Flow. Flow is selling critical collaboration infrastructure to the most advanced rocket, nuclear, space and aerospace companies in the world.
We’re looking for an ambitious “full-stack” account executive to be involved in every part of sales, from pipeline generation and outbound, through to owning trials and closing. If you are looking for a script and OTE number, we’re not the right company for you.
You’ll work closely with the customer and our internal engineering and product team, to help build the fabric of what sales look like at Flow. If you’re looking for a role that’s more than just an AE, whilst having the opportunity to grow quickly into a leadership position; then no other role will come close.
We are looking for a strategic do-er, who has seen teams scale successfully, is excited by getting their hands dirty, and is excited by the opportunity to grow into a Head of Sales.

We’re helping the next generation of rocket, nuclear, and aerospace (hardware) companies bring agile design practices to design and iterate their products 100x faster than they can today. When we return to the Moon, or make it to Mars - Flow will have been a small but critical part.
We’re building a core design/test collaboration platform for the hardware engineering industry. Flow helps Rockets, Cars, Aeroplanes and Nuclear reactors get to market years ahead of schedule and save billions in R&D costs.

We’ve raised $8.5M in seed funding from EQT Ventures, BackedVC, and angel investors including leadership from Figma, Unity, SAP, and Microsoft.
👷♂️ What you’ll do:
At Flow you will own three things:
- Generating your own pipeline. We believe the old days of volume spam email/SDRs is dead, and that we need to be more creative to generate a pipeline.
- Closing customers - $$$.
- The funnel/lead experience pre-sales, making sure we’re adding as much value as possible along the way.
No previous experience in engineering is required (although is a bonus). We sell software to a complex industry, so you must be willing to learn fast, and not be afraid of asking dumb questions.
You will shadow the CEO, Pari, to understand how we currently do sales, then take your notes to find your own way to scale and bring in customers. We will give you all the infrastructure we can to help you learn, and share the secrets of what’s worked so far, but we expect you to be the salesperson at Flow, and level up our ability to close.

We’re open to most backgrounds, but we expect you to have:
- Generated pipeline before via outbound (e.g you once we’re a BDR)
- Have experience selling to technically complex end customers
- Have sold 5-6 figure deals
- Are comfortable owning the whole process end to end
